She ready — for every red carpet, that is.
Tiffany Haddish stars on the cover of Saks Fifth Avenue’s Spring 2021 fashion book, clad in a colorful crochet dress by Gabriela Hearst, vibrant purple eye makeup and onyx-and-turquoise earrings by David Webb.
In the glossy’s pages, the “Girls Trip” star models more colorful looks — including a printed and ruffled number from Christopher John Rogers and a marigold Monse slip dress ($1,290) — and drops her tried-and-true tip for always looking flawless on the red carpet (when red carpets are happening, that is).

“If you don’t want your picture taken yet, give them only the top of your head,” Haddish, who’s been sporting a sleek buzzcut since last summer, told Saks. “I like to look down, close my eyes, and say, ‘Lord, let them get the best of me.’ Then, boom. I look up and I give them the business.”

While there aren’t many high-profile events for Haddish to hit these days, she’s kept plenty busy during the coronavirus pandemic, executive-producing and hosting her Netflix stand-up comedy series “Tiffany Haddish Presents: They Ready,” as well as running her She Ready Foundation for foster youth.
“I get me through hard times. I’m a fighter. I will fight for people. I will fight to get myart and point across, and for things to be fair,” the comedian said, adding that she’s only just getting started career-wise.

“My hopes are drastic. I’m a visionary and I’ve got a big imagination. My hope is that I’m able to build an amazing company that creates content that inspires and uplifts others, and provides at least one million opportunities for people to have generational wealth. I also hope to start being a foster parent, where I can find the time to be there for someone,” she shared.
Haddish is featured alongside Maluma as part of the retailer’s “Here for the Future” campaign; the Latin Grammy winner, 27, appears on the cover of The Saks Man in a leather jacket and tropical-print separates from Amiri.

“My style is like my music, it’s just me,” Maluma told the mag. “I try to keep it real. I don’t try to follow trends. I feel like it’s a way to communicate with my fans.”
