The actor took to his social media platform of choice to open up about gaining confidence throughout the years and learning to love his body! Jonah Hill declared, very clearly, that he ‘finally’ accepts himself fully!

In the caption, he detailed his experience with loving himself, admitting that he’d probably never even taken his shirt off at the pool before reaching his mid 30s!
He went on to then tell followers that it ‘Probably would have happened sooner if my childhood insecurities were not exacerbated by the years of public mockery about my body by the press and by interviewers. So the idea the media tries to play me by stalking me while surfing and taking photos like this and it cannot phase me anymore is so dope. I’m 37 and I finally love and accept myself. This is not a ‘good for me’ post . And it is definitely not a ‘feel bad for me post.’ It is for the kids who do not take their shirt off at the pool. Have fun. You are wonderful and awesome and perfect. All my love.’
Following his inspiring post, Jonah received a lot of love and support from fans who appreciated the message, as well as from some of his famous pals, such as Kelly Slater, Johnny Knoxville and Andy Cohen, to just name a couple.

His sister, Beanie Feldstein, also gushed over him in the comment section, telling Hill that ‘You’re the best in the world i love you.’
This is not the first time that Jonah Hill opens up about his struggle with weight and body image.
Back in 2018, while chatting with Ellen DeGeneres on her talk show, he read her and the public, the manifesto from Inner Children, a magazine he created, with a focus on self love.
