Pete Davidson has officially moved out of his mother’s basement and purchased his own luxury condo for $1.2 million — just before the new year, The Post can report.
The move comes four years after he snagged a $1.3 million Staten Island abode in 2016 for his mom, Amy Waters. Davidson, 27, had been living in the basement of the home until December when he moved into a high-rise.
But he is still remaining close to home.
The “Saturday Night Live” star purchased the condo in Staten Island, located just 14 miles away from his mom. The home was purchased through an LLC, property records show.
A rep for Davidson has not yet responded to The Post’s request for comment.

During a Zoom call posted to TikTok over the weekend, Davidson revealed that he got a new place.
“I just moved out of my mom’s house,” he said as he scrambled for his keys. He added as he walked in, “I’m fully out. I got a pad.”
News of his big move comes a month after his romance with “Bridgerton” star Phoebe Dynevor came to light.

Located on the seventh floor of the building, the home features soaring ceilings, tall windows with an abundance of natural light and a private terrace.
Other features of the home include an open layout plan, a redesigned kitchen with a peninsula seating area, quartz countertops and a unique “waterfall” installation.

Dynevor, 25, and Davidson have reportedly been dating since early March.
An insider told Page Six that the two were taking things slow.
They’re “not too serious” the source revealed, adding that Davidson is committed to “SNL” in New York, and Dynevor is in England “for practically the rest of the year” as she begins filming Season 2 of her hit Netflix show “Bridgerton.”
